Friendly new housemate

I’d love to live along side easy going people and who are respectful. I have a car, so parking of some sort would be appreciated as well as an en-suite as this would be my first time living on my own, so would love the privacy and own space. I’m very independent and trustworthy, clean too and also very social so will be up for a chat or arrange plans together while also respecting your privacy and space. Will always provide things for housemates if they need anything!
