Professional male seeks Double room

**Double Room Request**

Hello,

I am a professional male aged 36 seeking a double room to rent from 01/07/2024. My budget is £800pcm, and I am open to sharing with males or females of any age.

I am starting a new job as a Warehouse Shift Manager in Stowmarket on 1st July. I will be working shifts, and I may not always be home.

I have two young boys, aged 9 and 3, who visit me every other weekend. They are well-behaved and will be staying in the room with me. I'd like to add this won't be every other weekend as I will visit family etc when I do have them .

Due to my job starting on 1st July, I am requesting a room where rent can be paid at the end of July without a deposit. I understand that this is an unusual request and I would be incredibly grateful for any consideration.

I am a responsible and reliable tenant who will respect the property and other tenants. I am also a clean and tidy person who does not smoke or have pets.

If anyone has a room available that meets my criteria, I would be grateful for the opportunity to view it and provide any additional information you may require.
