Hey, I'm in the middle of a name change atm and actually go by Keir. I'm a sociable bartender working nights in the city centre and am looking for a place between now and August.
My current letting agents had me pay off the rent in full this time last year as I don't have a guarantor and are attempting to put me out of a house for 3 weeks (with all of my belongings) to reno the place inbetween tenancies so I'd appreciate any opportunity for viewings asap.
