Studio or flat in July and August

My name is Manuel and I am an university professor from Spain. I, ve been granted with funding to stay for two months at the University of York working in a research project. I’m looking for accommodation for me and my wife from the 1st of July to the 28th of August. We are interested in a furnished 1 bed flat or studio with its own bathroom and kitchen.
We are very responsible people who will basically be working from home or at the university, practicing sport or travelling around the country. We treat every house we rent as our own (we are landlords in Spain) and keep the place tidy and clean.
