Postgrad looking for housemate/ buddy up

Hello!

I am urgently looking for a room or someone to buddy up with to rent a house in York, preferably closer to the city centre. My current tenancy ends on the 28th of July, but I will be a student until September. (I can pay council tax though!)

I am a full-time international postgraduate student at York St John, pursuing an MA in Publishing and Contemporary Literature. I am originally from Istanbul, Turkey.

I am a book lover, I enjoy binge-watching series, especially animations and cartoons. I love spending evenings chatting for hours, cooking meals, and having a good drink. I also enjoy casual walks, drawing, and staying involved in the creative arts.

I would love to share a house with someone who has similar interests. While I would prefer living with a professional, I am open to anyone who is easy-going and enjoys a friendly, creative, and engaging living environment.
