Grad student looking for a room

I like cooking and baking, so I'm looking for a place with either a private or a large shared kitchen. I like to stay tidy and have a cosy home. I'm happy being quite independent from roommates, but it is always nice to have a chat sometimes. I like to be able to bring friends round and have people stay the night sometimes, but I think that guests should not often be in the common spaces outside of meal times.
