Double room needed in quiet home

I originally had a career in London then in Cheshire in HR management in multi-national companies. Due to health issues I sold my home as I was unable to work and have rented ever since. After renting a house in Wilmslow for a number of years, I can no longer afford to do so hence I'm renting a couple of rooms in my current landlords residence.

I need somewhere quiet to live with a double room (and preferably storage if possible), I have a gorgeous, very nervous rescue cat called Atticus with me, he's 12 years old. I am 57 years old so would like to share with a professional person or someone retired who loves animals. For several years I did voluntary work but at the moment I am not able to do so and spend much of my time sleeping!!!! I am quiet and won't be having people over, I don't play loud music, and am very tidy/clean!!
