Professional seeking Flat/ House Share

Hi 👋

I’m Henry, 30, professional looking for a room within a reasonable commute to Clifton/ Whiteladies Road.

Been in my current place for 6 Years but the landlord has decided to sell the property so will be moving out end of July; and ready to start new tenancy end of Jul/ start of Aug (some flex on this if needed)

I work in a standard corporate job, and office based 4/5 days a week.. but do normal hours (9-5 usually). Outside of work, love to cook… which means I have to force myself to go to the gym or run 😂

Not drinking for 2024 but still enjoy regular visits to the pub, brunches, etc; and weekends spent chilling usually or trips to London to see the family.

I’m a low maintenance person to live with, social but take time to chill on my own, and clean also. Need to have clean spaces to cook, work, live etc so always make sure it’s a nice place to do that!

Ideally looking for consistency, whether that’s joining a longer term tenancy, or something set up so tenancy is available to extend.

Appreciate most places are snapped up with short notice, but wanted to put my profile out there if anyone has a heads up or need for a new house/flat mate for July/ Aug.

Currently paying £625 + £100/£120 on bills, so ideally looking for a match on that.. but happy to pay more for the right place/ room
