29yo professional looking for short term room

Hello I’m Ingrid! I have recently moved to London from Melbourne and I’m looking for a flat to sublet in East London until I find my own place.

I work as a business/process analyst in higher education, so would be in the office a few days a week in docklands. Since I’m new to London I don’t know a lot of people yet, and I’m also starting a brand new job in the coming weeks, so I would be a fairly lowkey housemate. In my spare time I enjoy being active outdoors, trying out new recipes, climbing, music, hiking/camping, reading, yoga & Pilates, and exploring London. As a housemate I value cleanliness, consideration around noise & shared spaces, and respectful communication.

I have a solid rental history and love to keep my space clean and tidy, and take care of the space and belongings. I have some savings and happy to pay rent upfront.
