Happy Friendly female looking for new home

Hello
I am looking for either a house share or Studio/1 bed property for a long term rental for myself and my little old cat (not looking to replace).

I am prepared to wait for the right place/housemates.

Bedroom would ideally be ensuite but it's not a deal breaker.

Guinness is no trouble at all as he is old he likes to eat, sleep, pop out repeat, what any easy life he has.

I am a happy, friendly female who works within the NHS

As a hobby I run a social club hosting various events throughout the county.

I would prefer if house sharing to be a maximum of 3 people including myself.
