Professional decorator seeks room with en-suite

I am a very hard working professional decorator with references of character , also of works that I have completed and currently working on.
I am a young 51 year old man with a zest for life.
I enjoy a variety of sports, music and socialising with different people also I like my own space which is very important.
I am looking for a room preferably with private en-suite and non furnished but am flexible.
My work is mainly in Brighton and hove so Ideally it needs to be in a close proximity
