Tidy and chilled out young professional

Hi,

My name is Imi, and I will be starting at East 15 in September. I will be 20 when starting the course. I am looking to rent a room with either students on the course or young professional’s preferably close to my age but not too fussed. For the past three years, I have lived with a tenant in a similar situation, so I am familiar with how it all works. I am not your typical student when it comes to living arrangements; I am very clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of others' space.
