Neat PhD student looking for flat share from Sep
I'm starting my PhD in Cell Biology in mid-Sep, so ideally I would like to move in on the first 2 weeks of September. I'm okay with any en-suite / double / single bedroom that's within a good travelling distance (public transport and/or walk) to main campus of the University of Manchester. My PhD project building postcode is M13 9NT. I'm also looking to potentially stay for the next 4 years.
I'm neat and clean with my living space. I'm quiet but friendly. I personally prefer to live with a live-in landlord / flatmate in a clean and tidy space. Ideally less than 3 people in a household (I'm introverted until I'm familiar with someone).
I also enjoy cooking my own meals and will be in the kitchen fairly often. I enjoy swimming and am picking up running!
Other than that, I also enjoy walks, visiting cute cafes, local shops, vintage shops, museums during my free time. I'm currently based in Newcastle and I've never been to Manchester, so show me around?
I would like to arrange a virtual viewing and discuss the next steps. I don't have a UK guarantor but I have a scholarship sponsorship letter evidence of monthly stipend.
Bonus point if you own a cat heh!
