Room hunting.

Hello, I am a pharmacist. My professional endeavours have brought me to surrey to develop my trade. I am looking for a room to rent for a minimum of 12months with a potential extension. I would prefer if the bills are included within the rent price, to give me the peace of mind .I usually keep to myself for the most part but do occasionally enjoy conversations with flat mates. I'm interested in all sorts of sports ranging from football to golf. So if i am not at work, i am probably working out or training. Flat mates should expect high cleanliness from myself and vice-versa although i wouldn't regard or expect any potential flat mates to be clean freaks.
