Looking for accommodation - Sep 24

Hello,
I'm a post grad student from Newcastle university. I'll be staying for a year. I will be glad to get a room closer to city centre. We are three girls looking for a single rooms in a house share.

Room requirements:
*Private room, private/shared bathroom, shared kitchen, lounge etc.
* Shared rooms with females only if not ensuites are preferred.
* Budget £350 - £400 (all bills inclusive)
* Smokers and pets not preferred
* Payment of rent - monthly

Any leads/ help would be much appreciated.
