Active and outdoorsy professional - 1 room wanted

Hello,

I am a climate and sustainability consultant and I am looking for a new long-term lease starting from August as my current landlord is embarking on a full building restoration. I am clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful and I can provide landlord and employer references, proof of employment, payment history etc.

Outside of my work I am an active and outdoorsy person. I do a lot of cycling and love hillwalking, bouldering, running, or any activity that gets me moving outdoors. I would fit in well in a house with similar people.

I am looking for one room in a shared house. My preference would be a house with similarly quiet people that are happy to socialise as housemates, but don't party etc. I'm a fan of house dinners, movie nights, pub quiz nights etc, but I'm not a party goer or a night-out person. I am vegetarian and I don't drink, but I don't hold any expectations for my housemates to be the same.

I typically work from home once per week, but currently I do this in my own room so I don't get in anybody's way. I am totally flexible and can work from the office every day if needed, but equally I can work from home if there is a need for someone to stay in for deliveries, workers access etc.
