Landlord selling up! - Looking for a new home

I've just been notified that my Landlord is selling our house in Putney where I have been for the past two years, so I need to find a new place by 15th May.

I work as an Economist at a company called Capital Economics based in Victoria, where I have been for the past 7 years. I work in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and at home Wednesdays and Fridays.

I dabble in triathlon like everyone else, but my passion is sailing. I've got a boat that I keep at Queen Mary reservior out near Heathrow and race on Wednesday nights and most weekends in the summer.

Looking for a double room with enough space to fit in a substantial desk, and need somewhere I can get a residents parking permit. Would be ideal to find somewhere with freindly, laid back, and clean housemates with outside space for summer BBQs.

Areas I'm looking in are Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Town, Earlsfield, Putney, Barnes, Mortlake, Fulham, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush.
