Buddy ups considered/preferred to find a decent 2.5/3 bed by a train line down to London (Decent semi/detached 3 beds are 1200-1400 in Bedford)
25 year old professional looking to move with my partner somewhere along the train line to London St Pancras due to starting a new job there. I work 9-5 remotely 4/5 days a week so would appreciate a relatively quiet house, but don't mind over weekends unless someone else wants quiet. Occasionally I travel for work and will be away for a few days to a month at a time, good again for someone who wants some peace.
Looking to move around the middle of October but am flexible with exact dates for the right place. Current place ends last week of July but have an interim place to wait out for the right house/people. October is optimal, earlier possible to match with others for the right place.
850-900 is my rough estimate for rent+bills, flexible up and down for the right place.
