Hi seeking room with direct access to garden

Hi M 55 film TV director commercials re-locating to bexhill to be near son only need a room (must be a clean place ) no kitchen needed apart from making tea . Have a trained 18month puppy who is crate trained she is friendly fun and will be with me out every day if not at my sons house im going to buy in bexhill so don't know how long i need room but i think 6-8 month min selling my big house in london so i will not be short of funds and can provide ref and can pay a large deposit if required ,,,Need ground floor please i just need a base thanks ... UPDATE happy to buddy up on a house if of intrest .. or a one bedroom ground floor flat
