House Share, single/double room wanted

I am Ray, a 30 year old professional from London. I am an IT engineer, and software developer. I will be in a hybrid work fashion in a regular week. I am a quiet, easygoing, busy, hardworking, and a friendly young professional.

I like cycling, and occasional night outs with friends but I am not a party monster. I do not own any pets but I am not against a lovely, well behaved creature living under the same roof with me. I am a trustworthy, and thick-as-thieves sorta person.

Additionally, I do not smoke and I keep my environment clean. Especially, my principle in kitchen is "clean as you make the mess", otherwise it is not sustainable to me to live.

Please don't be surprised if i ask for further video/media content with your ad before viewing is being held. I know it is really important to find a decent tenant, as well as finding a solid place.

I can provide a reference from my current landlord, and a UK guarantor. If my current work environment allows me, in a foreseeable future I may elongate my tenancy as I am looking for something like 6+ months for the beginning.

I approach very meticulously on prompt payment of the bills, rent, and cleanliness. I am looking for moving in asap.
