Room wanted for 1 female professional

I am looking to move into either a flat or house share. I am open to most areas, but ideally anywhere south of Truro due to the nature of my job requiring me to get to Truro on a frequent basis.

I am a tidy, clean, organised individual and would like to live with people of the same nature, I do enjoy cooking most evenings (mostly veggie meals and cakes) so it is essential that you wouldn’t mind me using the kitchen. More than happy to help with my fair share of cleaning, hoovering, taking out the bins etc :).

About me:
In my spare time I do love being outdoors, most weekends I go on a walk on the coastal path and in summer do love a sea swim, and the occasional cycle ride too.

I am a friendly and sociable person so enjoy watching films, having bbqs on the beach, or playing board games etc. It would be nice if I was in a house that I can also enjoy these things with, but also happy to keep myself to myself.

I would be working from home 3-4 days most weeks, so fast broadband/WiFi is essential as well as having enough space for a desk in the room itself to work. I would be working Monday- Friday but part of my role means o go out and about on some days but this isn’t on a shift pattern basis, it will vary week to week.

I do have furniture (including white goods if required) - E. g. bed, mattress, sofa, desk and desk chair (and more) so can move any of these if needed and also happy to move in somewhere unfurnished.

I love pets, especially dogs and horses.

Unfortunately I cannot be in a household with people who smoke inside because it can trigger my asthma.

En suite would be preferred but it is not essential.

£750 is my maximum, ideally that would include bills.
