Young professional seeking a double room

Hi there!

My name is Paulius and I am a young professional working in the flood risk management sector in Newcastle City Centre.

I am looking for a double room in a friendly houseshare or a live-in landlord property from July (or later, can be flexible for the right place). Currently live in Heaton (and loving it) - ideally looking for another place around here but not opposed to explore other options.

My work tends to be hybrid - usually do 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The room would ideally come with a desk or a separate space where I could set everything up.

Budget-wise would like to spend around £500 on the rent + bills but again can be a bit more flexible here for the right house.

A bit about me: Lithuanian🇱🇹, outgoing, tidy, friendly, LGBTQ+, v social guy who would like to share a house/flat with other likeminded people. My interests include cooking, maps, board games, music, salsa, languages, gym, running, hiking and keeping generally active.
