36y.o. male, social yet respectful & responsible

36-year-old, white-british, non-smoker, male, professional. Looking for full 7 day per week rental of a large double room with double bed or larger if possible. No single beds or tiny rooms please. Working in Ashford and spend lots of time in Canterbury & Whitstable. Looking to live somewhere between the 3 with Ashford as the main location of residence.

I would describe myself as considerate, work focused, amicable, positive thinking, responsible, and sociable, but happy to keep to myself as i enjoy my own company too.

Looking for new accommodation to match a new work role. I would prefer a no-smoking-indoors scenario and no cats/dogs or children please. Allergic to most pets and sometimes need to get up early so need an occasional early night will be desires. Thus equally respectful housemates would be ideal.

I would like somewhere with room to use a laptop and with strong wifi but will be out of the house regularly too.
