A shared homely vibe space :)

Somewhere to make into a cosy, comfortable homely space ;)
I would like to be able to create a warm and respectful space. To be mindful of other flatmates' work shedules, own space and privacy of their flat/house. Open to live with a mix generation aged group, between 30-90 years or solo.
A little about me:
Have been based mainly in the coutryside of Devon, I have travelled and lived in other parts of the UK and abroad in quite a few places since late teens (happy to tell you about these adventures!) :)
I am a working professional, and am now accredited in my field of study which is pretty exciting. I will be relocating back to either north east of Cornwall, on the border or Southwest Devon. I am therefore just currently putting out feelers at this stage for what's out there in terms of looking for the right room and the general whole vibe. :)
I do like to have balance of time to get on top of my own research which sometimes includes getting creative too! As well as having space for own scheduling, I also respect the simple communal living, like sharing a quick cuppa coffee, ( I am a coffee lover! ) and of course being mindful of cleaning up after myself :) I love to stay intouch with the outdoor green spaces when i can, so you could find me for example walking near the coastline or woods, in nature or even jogging sometimes when i have time.
