Looking for a double room, annex, studio or flat

Pagham harbour nature reserve

Im a 30 y/o Area Ranger for the National Trust, looking for something fairly central to Alresford and Goring-by-sea.

Looking for somewhere with easy access to nature, and a garden for my cat to explore. Ideally somewhere to store a bike but not essential. A desk or space for a desk/somewhere to work from home occasionally (around 1 day a week) would be great. En-suite or two bathrooms preferred but not essential.

My cat is very friendly, but also quite lazy, and spends most of his day lying under my bed. He will go out but only ever to the end of the garden, and only if people are near him as he is quite nervous of loud noises and worries about being locked out so will usually rush back in after a quick explore.

Im experienced at house sharing and iv'e lived alone before. I like to keep the place tidy, but i'm not obsessively clean either.

In my day-to-day I meditate, read and watch tv. I also go to bachata classes once a week. On my weekends I'm usually catching up with friends and family and I try to stay active by running. I am also engaged in environmental campaigning.

I love the idea of community living, in the past I have made amazing friendships from house shares, but also respect that many people don't want that and enjoy solitude.
