34 FT Professional, easy going and respectful

Looking for lease in Edinburgh - around Leith would be ideal for work but not essential. Looking for no more than £900 per month but obviously all dependent on amenities/setup/sharing/bil incl or not etc.

I’m a 34 year old Social Researcher working for the scottish government full time. I work hybrid, mostly from home but

I’m an easy going person to live with. I’ve been away travelling for a few years but now looking to settle back in Scotland. Loads of interests: music, travelling, art, nature, fitness, outdoors… and many more!

From past flat mates - they've told me I'm very easy to live with! Social and clean but I'd also say I'm at the age where I probably keep to myself (in a fairly boring manner)! I'm an early to bed / early riser - getting out for a run or to the gym before work in the morning and then usually spend my evenings either studying or doing some extra part-time online tutoring.

On the weekends I'm usually out and about with friends or taking a day trip out and about!
