We have a very large house with 8 large double bedrooms, 1 large modern fully equipped kitchen / diner and 2 large reception rooms.
6 of these double bedrooms are being offered for rent. The house is very large, modern and spacious with a matching beautiful rear garden with a large patio, ideal for relaxing / entertaining on a nice spring or summer day. House is located in a very desirable and affluent residential area of Cheam. Details of the rooms are:

Room 1: Double room with dimensions of 10ft x 9.8ft. It has a double divan bed with drawers, 2 chest of drawers and a bedside table. This room has view of front garden.

Room 2: Double room with ensuite: This is the second large ensuite bedroom (16.9 x 10.10 ft) with 2 double wardrobes, bed with 4 storage drawers, chest of drawer and bedside table. Room has views of large rear garden.

Room 3: Double room: this is the 3rd bedroom (16 x 12 ft) and has a large double wardrobe, double Ottoman storage bed (brand new), 2 chest of drawers (one large and one standard), bedside table, large storage chest, very large study desk and chair. Room has views of the rear garden.

Parking; There is space for 3-4 cars off-street parking and on-street parking is free.
Access to motorway (M25) is only a short drive and via direct road leading to the motorway.
The house is located in Cheam with direct bus access (within 5 mins walk) to go to Sutton Town centre or Ewel East and Epsom centre. Its 15 min walk from Sutton and Cheam Station from where you have direct trains to central London (i. e London Bridge, London Victoria and Waterloo within 30 mins). The neighbourhood is very nice and residential.

The house falls in council band G and above rents for lodgers are inclusive of all bills.

We (my daughter and I) are friendly and don't mind interacting with the lodger or giving them their space, depending on their individual preference.

We would like the lodgers to keep their room and house neat and tidy, be mindful of others in the house and respect each other's privacy.

Pls note, for couples taking the room, the monthly rent will be £75 more to cover additional utility bills.
