I am looking for another housemate to live with us in a lovely semi-detached house renovated last year. There is planty of parking space and a huge garden. The house comprises of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. There will be loads of privacy as our rooms are separated.
Gas and electricity is divided between three of us. The rest of the bills are included.
Room can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
*If shorter term than 3 months, rent is a bit more expensive.
