Hello and thank you for looking at my advert.

I am looking for a flatmate to take on the second bedroom (single) in my lower villa. You will have use of a shared living space, bathroom and kitchen. The property is fully furnished and I can arrange for any other furniture you may require. The bedroom comes with a single bed (which can extend to a double) with access to storage for your clothing.

There is ample of free, on-street parking if you drive or the transport links into the City are fantastic.

Who I’m looking for:
Someone who is a professional or a final year student but will consider your position so please don’t hesitate to ask. Tidying up after yourself and keeping what you use clean is a must.
