Nice room located in West Jesmond 5 mins from a Sainsbury’s Local, West Jesmond metro station, the Lonsdale pub, and Osborne road which has an array of nice restaurants and bars. The house will be all to yourself frequently as my housemates will be going home for the majority of summer. Kitchen well equipped with dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. No council tax as it’s for students. Room is cosy with a very comfy bed, nice view, desk, chair, and big wardrobe. Some extra storage space just outside the room.
