Looking for a lodger in our newly built house

We are very friendly professional couple( I am a research Scientist and my wife is a paediatric ICU nurse) working at Cambridge biomedical campus, looking for a female lodger to our beautiful newly built detached house at Haverhill. The property has 3 double bedrooms. The room we are going to offer comes with a King-sized Bed and mattress, Ikea 3 door wardrobe, a side table , corner table and a chair. There is a separate toilet, which is very spacious, just near the room with bathtub for your private use.

The kitchen/ dining room will be shared with us. We can also offer one car park space at the property. Moreover the property has a spacious lawn with garden table and chairs to enjoy the entire summer!

The property is located at a brand new estate, which is very peaceful and calm. Walking distance to all the facilities like Tesco super store, Aldi, Lidl, home bargains, KFC, haverhill leisure center etc. There is a number 13 bus stop right in-front of the estate (100 m away) that connects to Cambridge.
The rent includes some bills( Council tax, BT full fibre 100 broadband, TV license, water softner and garden maintenance). We expect £60 monthly contribution for gas, electricity and water.
