We are looking for a new addition to our lovely flat situated 2mn walk from Church street and its vibrant shops, bars and restaurants scene.
The flat is bright and cosy with a large living room, a separetd kitchen and bathroom on the second floor of a friendly building. There is also a large community garden that we can use when the weather is nice.
The room to fill it furnished with a double king sized bed and a wardrobe. It is full of sun during the day and very quiet all though the day and night.
The flat is fully furnished with a large sofa in the living room, dishwasher and washing machine, oven in the fully fitted kitchen.
We are looking for a friendly, open minded professional to share this little gem of a flat overlooking Clissold park.

The rent is £660 plus £100 max per month for bills. Including: Internet, electricity, gaz, council tax, water.
