This is a two bedroom furnished flat with kitchen and living room. I am looking for someone to stay in while I go away for work for a minimum of three months and 1year max. flat mates must be tidy and neat, student or professional. NOTE: Bills are not included in this amount.
You will have to arrange your own WiFi, electricity bills is Pay as you go! Meaning you top up your electricity.
Easy access to city centre 12 mins on train, with train station just 3mins walk, bus stop approximately 1 min walk, links to city centre and other facilities. Silverburn shopping centre is a walking distance with access to corner shops Tesco extra, Zara, TK max and many more shops.
