The room comes with a brand-new mattress and topper, equipped with a Yale lock on your door and blackout blind for added privacy and security.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Rancilio Silvia coffee machine, Ninja, slow cooker, and all the usual amenities, including a dishwasher.

Rent is £500 plus bills

The living room is fitted with a small gas fire to keep things warm during winter. Enjoy music on the record player and hi-fi system connected to the TV, or strum a tune on the ukulele.
