This is a two bedroom flat, of which the second room will normally be vacant and only used during infrequent owner visits. The lodging accommodation includes king-size double bed, wardrobe storage, desk and chair. Living/dining room, kitchen and washroom are shared areas with owner - all normal kitchen equipment etc is available for use. Bedding and towels can be provided by agreement.

This let will suit an independent person who is not looking to have a full-time flat share situation and may be ideally suited to international Masters student or visiting professional.
The property is very conveniently located, directly opposite Cessnock Underground station, with on-street parking and a wide range of local amenities such as restaurants, shops, cafes. library, local park etc.
The room is available from early July. Short term let is possible (£250 per week for let of less than two months).
Initial interviews will take place online through in June with in-person viewings possible from 30th June (or earlier by special arrangement).
