Large, bright and quiet double room to rent in a three-bedroom house lovely Baffins, sharing with one other person (the owner).

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, and a large set of drawers. The house has been recently refurbished (2022), and there's new heating and double glazing throughout.

As the pictures show, the house has a shared separate lounge with TV (Sky Q, Netflix, Disney+ and Prime) and at the back of the house is an open plan kitchen with dining area and snug area. There's loads of cupboard space.

There's a downstairs WC and the family bathroom upstairs is a wet room.

Parking is on-street but there's never a problem finding a space.

All bills are included, and the house is council tax band C.

Potential housemates must be clean and tidy and must like animals! I have a Weimaraner who is a large breed but super friendly to both humans and other dogs. I have not tried her with cats!
