You will be sharing with a young professional that is very polite and clean. The house is very well maintained so if you are messy/not clean, don't apply as this will become an issue. If you are clean then you've found your ideal house/housemate!

I live locally so any issues at the house are dealt with promptly.
Internet/council tax included but gas and electric are on top up meters that you share with the other housemate.

We will do viewings with the current housemate present so you can get to meet each other and make sure you're both a good match.
