Three of us are renting a nice house and one of us wants to move out. We are therefore looking for someone to take over the contract for 6 months. This will incur agency charges of £58 for references and £188 agency fee. One small double room in a sizable edwardian terraced house close to Winchester train station. 5 min. walk from city center. Two easy going housemates, quiet street. Although the house is furnished the room has very limitted storage space so you would probably want to supply some yourself. We also don't own a TV or TV license so that's definately worth keeping in mind. We like to think of ourselves as pretty pleasant easy going people and would be looking for someone who fits that same description.
