I work for the emergency services and work shifts. This includes early starts, late shifts, half nights and full night shifts.🚨 👮🏼‍♀️ 🔥 🚑 I am looking for a house mate that would respect my shifts.

🐈 🐅I have two house cats, they are both male cats, they are called Olaf and Thor, so you must like cats. 🐈‍⬛

🛏 Double room furnished -
The room has a large built in wardrobe, a bedside table, a desk with stool and a double bed.
- Room includes a lamp, three plug sockets, wall mirror, decor and extra drawers inside wardrobe.

- Can have guests round to visit occasionally when agreed with landlord.

👩‍🍳 Kitchen equipment provided (cutlery/ mugs/ plates / cooking equipment). There is a kettle, oven, microwave, slow cooker, sandwich toaster, toaster and dishwasher. You will have you own fridge/Freezer space and cupboard.

- Washing machine / tumble dryer
- heated clothes horse to dry clothes. There is also a washing line in the garden to hang clothes out in warmer weather.

🧼 The bathroom has a bath with build in shower. You will have your own drawer space in the bathroom.

📺 smart TV in the living room with Netflix / Amazon prime.

🏡- There is loft space for storage / suitcases ect.

🚙 🅿️ Parking is available.

🤫 I am Looking for a person who is respectful, also social at times and quiet late at night. I make a good cuppa tea/ coffee.

🥳 No parties / party animals. The neighbourhood / street is very quiet.

🚂 🏬 25 mins walk into town /Town Station. 25 mins walk to Hythe train station.
There is two cinema’s in town, good restaurants, pubs/club, escape rooms, bowling and axe 🪓 throwing.

University of Essex is a 30 mins walk away


🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️💪🤸‍♀️🚴‍♀️Three gyms 5 minutes or less walk away. Bannatyne and pump gym around the corner.

🏀 Old Health Recreational ground and park 10 minutes walk away.

🌽🥦🥬🍅🥖🧈 Lidl 1 mile away, corner shop 2 mins walk away and Tesco 5 mins drive away. There is also an Aldi approximately one mile away.
