A large bedroom within a four bedroom flat. Situated in the centre of Brighton. Located by the Churchile shopping centre and minutes walk to the beach. I’m only moving out as my friends are moving down to brighton. The combined kitchen & living room are our communal area where we chat and eat, however we spend a lot of time in our own rooms too. Although the toilet is not en-suite it is only shared with one other person on your floor as we have two toilets in the flat.
We are looking for a friendly tenant who is considerate of others and happy to have a chat from time to time. We are all young professionals and that is our ideal candidate however students are also welcome, but will have to pay a cut of the council tax like a professional.

Gas & Electricity £80 (this can fluctuate depending on what we use to as low as £65 but will rarely go above £80).
