I have one single room available for rent at a very good price in a shared house. It is the smallest room in this property, but it is a fair size for a single room.
House has a large fully furnished kitchen with all the necessities. We also have an area adjoining the kitchen for the washing machine and a vented tumble dryer. Each person has its own personal space in the cupboards and fridge for personal belongings and groceries.
The property is situated in a very good area, close to KFC, Subway, Asda, Deeside Leisure Centre.
We are considerate people and we treat the house and each other with respect. We’d prefer to share the house with a person of similar character.
