A 3 month lease calm Halesowen flat with en-suite

I am looking for a rent of 3 months or less
I will be leaving for work in India this end of year/beginning of next year.
My start date is flexible but I will be hoping to leave by February 25

I enjoy learning and my recent study - Teaching English as a Foreign Language - has enabled me to find work based here.
To meet/learn from new people of different cultures/ways is lovely for me,

I am independent and also appreciate my own time and space, a quiet / calm environment I will appreciate.

I need somewhere with a little familiarity, close to places that I know - within walking distance from Halesowen town centre is very important

An en-suite bathroom or a bath rather than a shower is preferable.

My essentials are:
- location - I will appreciate hearing from anyone offering accommodation in the specified area.
- To be able to now allow time for myself, to concentrate on my health, in a calm living environment - very important.
