Also includes second unfurnished room with TV socket. Can be used as a sitting room, studio etc, artists, musicians and other creative people welcome. I access this room for airing cupboard only.

Large country estate with plenty of walking, mountain biking etc. Smokers are welcome provided they smoke outside in the large garden. Talking of which, if you like gardening, the tools are in the shed.
Off road parking in driveway. Locked Gated carport and garage for motorcycle.
Friendly neighbours and beautiful countryside.

Rent includes gas, water & electricity. Due to finacial situation I need rent to be paid promptly in the first week of each month, preferably by standing order but will take cash.

I am a single male, a biker, and I repair garden machinery for a living. I am an amateur guitarist (very amateur) and normally have friends round every other Wednesday evening for "band practice" but we usually talk for ages, then make a little noise and finish around 10: 00.

The property is also shared with Duke the German Shepherd, so we often have hairy floors. He loves people but sorry no pets. He will also escape with ease if you give him a chance, so please don't.
