The house has a total of 3 double bedrooms, furnished lounge, kitchen and bathroom and is double glazed. A lovely private garden which is great for those hot summer days!

The Bedroom:

The room available is the master bedroom which is the largest room and comes with a double bed, cupboard and bedside table. The room has wooden flooring and faces the front of the house.

Deposit and Bills:

The rent is: £558 per calendar month and includes bills for Council Tax, Water, TV Licence and Heating.

The deposit is: £658

Additional bills paid separately: The Gas/Electric (Quarterly) and phone line rental and Broadband (£12 per calendar month).

Lounge:

The lounge is fairly big, furnished with wooden flooring. The lounge faces the garden.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is furnished with washing machine, cooker, microwave etc.

Location:

The house is located between both Bethnal Green and Whitechapel. Bethnal Green station is less than 10 mins walk with Whitecapel station about 5 mins walk. There are also numerous buses that run through to Liverpool Street, Angel, Paddington etc. There are several night buses that serve the area and it only takes 20 mins from Central London by night bus!

There is a Sainsbury's Superstore just 2 mins walk from the house. A Tesco's is 10 mins walk.

There are plenty of shops and eateries in the area with Brick Lane and Shoreditch just 10 mins walk away!

Professional, clean and tidy, friendly, independent and reliable to pay the rent and bills on time.

The landlady will require references from your workplace and previous landlord.
