We are looking for a new housemate to join our existing houseshare in the center of Crouch End. Unfortunately, our housemate is moving on to live with her boyfriend so we would like someone to fill her room.

The house can be accessed by numerous transport routes.
We are a 7 minute walk from Hornsey Overground Station which run to Finsbury Park/Old Street/Moorgate. We're a 5 minute bus journey from Finsbury Park and Archway so access via the Northern or Victoria Line. The location is excellent!

The Room:
The room is very large double room with a big sash window and views of the garden. It's peaceful and has very high ceilings and wooden flooring.

The Area:
The house is on a side right off Crouch End Broadyway. It has lots of brilliant pubs, restaurants, places to go for brunch as well as lovely shops for gifts and food. We're also only a few minutes walk from a Virgin Active gym and numerous yoga studios.

The House:
The beautiful house is a huge 4 bedroom Edwardian house. We have a very large living room with a gas fireplace, a spare back room as a guest room for visitors, a large kitchen diner overlooking the garden. We also have 2 bathrooms, each with showers.

The Housemates:
You'll be sharing with 2 girls and 1 guy. Everyone works full time but there is usually someone home in the evening to watch TV and films with. We like to cook for each other and order take away but also respect each others privacy when need be. We're looking for someone social who is also clean and tidy to fit in with the ethos of the house.
We have a cat called Molly.

Rent for the room is £685 and bills come to around £100 per month. The deposit for the room is £990. £100 Agency fee for referencing.
