Stockwell tube - Northern/Victoria line, zone 2.

RENT: One-off Tenant Check payment (£30) on putting down a month's deposit. No other fees or charges. House Code to be agreed and signed.

FLAT: Very quiet and pretty, gated estate, in a well maintained character 1930's block, surrounded by communal gardens. **NO LOUNGE**, but kitchen with seating.
