Double room in Roath

I'm advertising a double room for a professional, available now. It's on a lovely quite street in Roath, which is about a 15 minute walk away from the city centre - and it's not a bad walk either. It's in a 4 bedroom fully furnished house which already has its other 3 tenants; all professional males who are keen to gain a new housemate and friend.

We're looking for one person to occupy this room and it could be anyone. Males and females welcome, although the other tenants would prefer someone of a similar age to them (+/- 5 years).

The first floor bedroom is medium sized and houses a double bed with a brand new mattress, a desk, a double wardrobe and a wall-mounted shelf. Its window looks out on the back garden of the property and is pleasant to keep open or closed at all times of day.

Other than the room, there is a shared living room with a TV and large sofa, which leads onto the fully equipped shared kitchen. There is also a shared bathroom with a bathtub and built-in shower. Even though the whole house is already furnished, there will always be room for any of the housemates to add their own touch. The landlord is very kind and helpful and will always go out of his way to make sure everyone is pleased with the house, so it's always a happy place to be.

The house is in a great location; relatively close to the city centre of Cardiff but far enough out for avoiding the city life. The street it's on is full of professionals and is very pleasant to live on, as there are no loud neighbours, etc.

The deposit for the room is £225, which secures you a contract until 30th June 2016. After that, rent is £250pcm but bills are split equally between the housemates.
