Hi! I am looking someone to take over my contract in a double room in West Hampstead , West End Lane ,
The Flat is located on a very quiet street a few minutes walk to West Hampstead Station, High St, pubs and restaurants. Short walk to the O2 Centre in Finchley Road which, there are among other things, Cinema , Large Sainsbury, restaurants etc.

A perfect location with only 4 stops to Baker Street ( Jubilee Line ) (Metropolitan line from Finchley Road) . Overground which will take you directly to most places in London like Camden / White City , etc., even West Hampstead Thameslink direct to Gatwick Airport.
Bus 139 to waterloo goes 24/7 and stops outside the apartment.

It is a completely newly renovated and modern apartment , 2 double bedrooms , lounge with balcony , new kitchen , separate bathroom and toilet, Caretaker who takes care of all the apartments "in the block ." All furniture is brand new when we picked them out before we moved . We went through an agency , but the landlord takes care of everything that needs to be fixed , etc.

The apartment is shared with a 19 year old girl from Latvia who is studying Architecture at the University of Westminster.
