The Safest and most useful person to rent to!

Hello Ladies and Gents,

I am a Site Manager of a Primary School in West Wickham - and to put it bluntly, I am definitely the person you want to rent to... Why? There aren't many people as safe, vetted, and outright beneficial to renters. See below for a breakdown as to why/details:

PROS

Skills benefits: Facilities Manager for your home?
It's my job to keep a large building, functioning, safe, well maintained and clean. If you have any problems in your house, whatever it is, I will be able to solve it. Period. It's also my job to monitor contract cleaners - so describing me as clean doesn't even come close.

I work in a primary school
To work in a school you obviously have to be vetted and trained to a very high degree to ensure we are safe working with/around children and vulnerable people. I spend 5 days a week constantly around children - it's my job. I'm sure the school can give you a reference if you want. Children in your house? No problem...

I have lived in family homes before
References can be provided!

Can integrate into female environments
90% of primary school staff are females, so once again - 90% of the adults I am with 5 days a week are females. Reference?

Electronic & IT/Computer Whizz
Part of my job is to manage IT Assets, I also operate as an adhoc IT Technician because the school can only afford to pay professional IT Technicians 2 days a week. (I also spent 5 years in telecommunications)

Willing to work around you
I am adaptable! My main aim is to keep costs a low as possible however I appreciate this is not alway possible. I would love to provide benefits to my landlord in return for a price that reflects my on call assistance.

I can hardly be in your house
I am a writer in my spare time. If I can find a reasonable priced place to rent the rest of my money will go towards renting office space, and it is there I intend to spend most of my free time. I have a lot of projects and work I need to do moving forward.

Asleep by 9:30 - No noise from me
Working in a school means up nice and early, so a good night's sleep is important to me. The moment I get home, generally, I start winding down for bed time - I'm as quiet as a mouse...

Highly mature, get on well with older people
Not quite sure why, but I always get on better with people older than me. I find that they always have interesting stories and appreciate a more developed/mature understanding of the world...

Cheap Holidays to Mauritius
I have family and connections there, so if you're planning to hit the island of paradise, I can sort you out with accommodation, subsidised waterspoorts or even advice and guidance (Did I really just list that as a PRO?)

Cons

I could really do with a garage
I am just about to buy a small 125 motorcycle along with a road cycle and it would be nice if there was a garage or some place secure to store my steeds, as I have had 3 motorcycles stolen in the past.
