Light and quiet, fabulously bohemian, house

I am looking for a professional person to rent a single room with its own entrance in a detached house with a large garden near the Old Town.
The house is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views across the old town and sea. There is lots of easy and free parking on the street outside and two bus stops nearby. We are a 10 minutes stroll from the sea and a 10 min drive to the Conquest.
The single room measures 8 x 15, plus there is a walk in wardrobe. This room has its own separate entrance plus a private small seating area outside in the garden. There is a shower room next door.
The cost is 95/week, and that includes all bills, WiFi, etc.
This is a comfortable and quiet household with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, dining room and living room with a wood burning stove. The house itself is beautiful with high ceilings, stained glass windows, wooden floors and a lot of original features. The decor is shabby chic and rather bohemian.
I do not have a TV licence, sorry.
I am letting one other bedroom on Airbnb, so the bathroom would be shared from time to time. It is pretty quiet during the winter months, though.
I am looking for professional people with a positive and friendly attitude to life who like to lead a quiet and blissful existence.
It is important that you are independent and it would be nice if you were mainly vegetarian, but the occasional ham sandwich is not a deal breaker.
I am in my 50's and a professional sculptor and I work from a studio in my house.
You would be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with occasional airbnb guests - max two people at any time.
